Our original product, the Small Wreath is a slice of the hedgerow from our corner of Devon.

Anatomy notes

The wreath is a celebration of the season, and the bounty we bring back to the studio from our walks and wanders in the garden. Every wreath is embellished with a laser cut Lily Faith creature from Badgers to Tortoiseshell Butterflies, we are sure to have a little critter that you think’s the Bee’s Knees.

How we made it

Each Lily Faith friend starts with a pen and ink line drawing. Lily gets inspired by her loved ones’ favourite beasts or those she spots while strolling the Devon countryside with her trusty sidekick, Ned. The creatures come to life when we laser cut and engrave them from wood, hand painting their features and details. Your small wreath is made from a generous piece of steel fencing wire that we source from the farm supply shop next door. These are hand shaped and secured, we then curate a small bouquet of dried foliage adding our paper cut leaves last. Next we affix your Goldfinch and tie a piece of grosgrain ribbon for hanging. Lastly, we carefully package your wreath, and the rest is up to you!  

Natural habitat

These floral frames are a simple way to bring a touch of the outside in. Place the ribbon over a hook or a nail and you’re done, best suited on walls or in windows out of direct sunlight.

Tread lightly

We take care to tread as lightly as our animal friends. By tapping out the seed heads for future flowers, and only collecting small quantities. We top up our foraged finds with UK sourced dried foliage from independent suppliers. We use recyclable packaging, eco-friendly paint from Little Greene and minimal white (bleached) paper products. We use offcuts for many of our products and recycle anything we can’t repurpose. Please visit our Sustainability page for more details.

Our Wreaths can be spotted in shops and galleries throughout the UK and beyond, including France, Spain and the USA.

Take care!

Not suitable for children, due to small breakable parts. With it’s delicate dried foliage and seed heads this is a fragile item. But we take great care when packaging your wreath to ensure it arrives safely.
